Bit of history here - 100 years since the Japan - Russia Conflict. Interesting as much for the web of deals and agreements which littered world politics at the beginning of the 20th Century - indeed a web which very much effected the First World War. On a more modern note, I saw a bunch of right wing groups on their black buses in Shibuya yesterday celebrating it.
